Cookie Policy

Last Updated:  July 15, 2026

About cookies: This Cookie Policy explains how PMH Technologies FZ-LLC ("we", "us", "our"), the company behind Readyt (https://www.readyt.ai), uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage, pixels and software development kits) when you visit our website or use our Service. It describes what these technologies are, why we use them, the specific cookies we set, the third parties that may set cookies through our site, and how you can control or disable them. This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains in more detail how we handle your personal data.

Controller & Contact: Readyt is operated by PMH Technologies FZ-LLC, registered at RAKEZ (Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone), Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, under a RAKEZ commercial license. Founder and legal representative: Paul-Marie Hamon. For any question about cookies or your privacy, contact us at privacy@readyt.ai. Last Updated: July 15, 2026.

(1) What Cookies Are

In brief: A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device (computer, tablet or phone) when you visit it. Cookies allow the website to recognise your device, remember information about your visit, and function correctly across pages and sessions.

Similar technologies: Alongside cookies we may use related technologies that work in a comparable way, including local storage and session storage (data saved by your browser), pixels or web beacons (tiny images used to understand engagement), and SDKs embedded in our tools. Throughout this policy, references to "cookies" also cover these similar technologies.

First-party vs third-party: "First-party" cookies are set directly by Readyt. "Third-party" cookies are set by other companies whose services we use (for example our payment or analytics providers). Cookies may be "session" cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or "persistent" cookies, which remain on your device until they expire or you delete them.

(2) Why We Use Cookies

Purpose: We use cookies to operate, secure and improve the Service. Specifically, cookies help us to:

  • Keep you signed in and maintain your authenticated session as you navigate between pages;
  • Protect the Service against fraud, abuse and security threats (for example by detecting unusual activity and preventing cross-site request forgery);
  • Remember your preferences and settings, such as your chosen language and interface state;
  • Understand how visitors find and use Readyt so we can measure performance and improve features, content and usability;
  • Process payments and subscriptions securely through our payment provider.

Strictly necessary vs optional: Some cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to work and cannot be switched off in our systems. Others, in particular analytics cookies, are optional and are only set where required with your consent.

(3) Types of Cookies We Use

Overview: The table below summarises the main categories of cookies used on Readyt, their purpose, representative examples, and how long they typically last. Exact cookie names and lifetimes may vary as we and our providers update our technologies.

CategoryPurposeExamplesDuration
Strictly necessary Enable core functionality such as authentication, keeping you logged in, maintaining your session, and protecting against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). The Service cannot function properly without these. Supabase authentication & session cookies; CSRF / security tokens Session and persistent (from end of session up to the login/session validity period)
Functional / preferences Remember choices you make to provide a more personalised experience, such as your preferred language and interface or UI state. Language selection; UI state and display preferences Persistent (typically up to 12 months)
Analytics Help us understand how visitors interact with the Service so we can measure and improve performance. Set only with your consent where required. Google Analytics 4; PostHog (product & website analytics) Persistent (typically from a few days up to 24 months)
Payment & security Support secure payment processing and fraud prevention when you subscribe or pay for the Service. Stripe fraud prevention & payment security cookies Session and persistent (typically up to 12 months)

(4) Third-Party Cookies

In brief: Some cookies are set by trusted third-party providers whose services are embedded in or connected to Readyt. These providers act as our processors or as independent controllers for the data collected through their own cookies, in accordance with their respective privacy and cookie policies.

Providers: The main third parties that may set cookies through our Service are:

  • Stripe, payment processing and fraud prevention. Stripe may set cookies to secure transactions and detect fraudulent activity.
  • Google, Google Analytics 4 for website and product analytics. These cookies are set only with your consent where required.
  • PostHog, product and website analytics to understand feature usage and improve the Service. These cookies are set only with your consent where required.

Your relationship with third parties: We do not control the cookies set by these third parties. We encourage you to review their own cookie and privacy policies to understand how they process your data. Our use of these providers, and the safeguards applied to any international data transfers, is described further in our Privacy Policy.

(5) Managing & Disabling Cookies

Consent banner: Where required by law, we display a cookie consent banner when you first visit Readyt. You can use it to accept or reject non-essential cookies (such as analytics), and you can change your choices at any time by reopening the banner or your cookie preferences.

Browser settings: Most browsers let you view, manage, block or delete cookies through their settings. You can usually configure your browser to refuse some or all cookies, or to alert you when a cookie is set. Instructions differ between browsers, check the "Help", "Settings" or "Privacy" section of your browser (for example Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge).

Important: Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off through our banner because they are essential to the Service. If you disable essential cookies through your browser, parts of Readyt may not work correctly, for example you may be unable to log in, maintain a session, or complete a payment.

(6) Consent

In brief: For users in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions with equivalent rules, we ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies, such as analytics cookies. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent because they are essential to deliver the Service you request.

Withdrawing consent: Your consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time, with effect for the future, by changing your preferences in the cookie banner or by adjusting your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew it.

(7) Changes to This Policy

Updates: We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, in the technologies available, or in legal and regulatory requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, notify you or ask for renewed consent through the cookie banner.

Your responsibility: We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies. Your continued use of the Service after an update, together with your cookie choices, constitutes your acknowledgement of the revised policy.
